By accessing or using BrutalVerdict, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced here. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and only in jurisdictions where use is permitted. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including safeguarding login credentials and promptly reporting unauthorized access.
3. Service Description
BrutalVerdict provides analytics and AI-generated communication insights from chat exports and related metadata. Features, interface, and availability may evolve over time. We may add, remove, limit, or modify capabilities at any time to improve safety, reliability, and product quality.
4. User Content and Permissions
You are solely responsible for content you upload, analyze, or process through BrutalVerdict. You represent that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis to use such content. You must not upload content that violates privacy, intellectual property rights, or applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes attempting unauthorized access, scraping or automated abuse, reverse engineering protected systems, bypassing payment or entitlement checks, distributing malware, infringing others' rights, and using the platform for harassment, fraud, or illegal activity.
6. Plans, Billing, and Purchases
Paid features may include one-time unlocks, subscriptions, or lifetime-style access offers. Billing and payments are processed through third-party providers. Prices, benefits, and feature caps may change in future offerings. You are responsible for applicable taxes, currency conversion, and local payment requirements.
7. Refunds and Chargebacks
Unless otherwise required by law, fees are generally non-refundable once digital access or entitlements are granted. If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or processed in error, contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and resolve quickly.
8. AI Insights and Accuracy Disclaimer
Outputs are generated by statistical and AI systems and are intended for informational and entertainment purposes. Results are not professional, legal, medical, financial, therapeutic, or relationship advice. You are responsible for how you interpret and use insights.
9. Availability and Service Changes
We may temporarily suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or abuse mitigation. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, interruptions, or feature removal to the extent allowed by law.
10. Intellectual Property
The BrutalVerdict name, branding, software, design, and platform content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights in our platform.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security risk, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrutalVerdict and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrutalVerdict from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where BrutalVerdict operates, unless local consumer law provides otherwise. Disputes should first be attempted to be resolved informally through support.
15. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
